My Journey to Wellbeing
My wellbeing journey began just before I turned 40, when I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia.
At the time, it felt overwhelming. I went through all the emotions that often accompany a life-changing diagnosis, including denial, anxiety and frustration. The thought of living in pain for the rest of my life felt deeply unfair.
It took a while, but once I reached a place of acceptance, I made a decision: I would do everything I could to improve my health and regain control of my life.
I began Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) through the NHS, improved my nutrition, started practising yoga and meditation, and learned how to better manage stress. Over the course of around 18 months, my life changed dramatically. I went from having five bad days a week to having five good days a week.
If you live with chronic pain, stress or ongoing health challenges, you’ll understand just how significant that transformation was.

A Deeper Understanding
Experiencing that change inspired me to help others find their own path towards feeling better.
In 2021, I gained my Health and Wellbeing Coach qualification with the intention of starting my own coaching business. However, life had other plans. My mother became seriously ill and my focus shifted to supporting and caring for her.
Then, in 2022, I began experiencing severe perimenopausal symptoms. This time, I knew I didn’t want to spend months or years trying to navigate the challenges alone. I sought support from a private women’s health professional, and it was one of the best investments I have ever made in myself.
Within just three months, not only did I feel like myself again—I felt stronger, healthier and more empowered than before.
Through my own experiences, I learnt that lasting wellbeing isn’t built on perfection—it’s built on self-compassion, encouragement and kindness.
Once I allowed myself to truly experience these, my understanding shifted and my goals in life became clear.
A Path to Helping Others
Over the last several years, I have dedicated myself to learning, researching and practising evidence-based wellbeing strategies. Through both personal experience and professional training, I have developed a deep understanding of the powerful connection between mind, body, lifestyle and daily habits.
That journey gave me the confidence to leave a corporate career of almost 20 years and dedicate myself fully to helping others improve their wellbeing.
I understand what it feels like to struggle with pain, stress, overwhelm and uncertainty.
I also understand that there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Every person’s wellbeing journey is unique.
As your coach, I combine empathy, kindness and genuine understanding with practical guidance, structure and accountability. Together, we will cut through the noise, focus on what truly works, and create sustainable habits that fit your life—not someone else’s.
My goal isn’t to provide temporary fixes. It’s to help you build lasting wellbeing, confidence and resilience that you can carry forward long after our coaching sessions have ended.
Building Your Path Forward
Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive and realistic plan that fits your lifestyle and your goals.
Step by step, we’ll build the mindset, the confidence and habits that will help you create meaningful and lasting change.
Wherever you are on your wellbeing journey, I would be honoured to support you every step of the way.

A calm and confident path forward.
